Rain, rain, rain

It continues to rain in the Bay Area, and in case you haven't been watching the news, this has been going on for some time all over California, and the Pacific Northwest. As such, the rain has prevented me from finishing the last window at my parents house, it has prevented us from taking down Christmas lights at the house, and it has kept temperatures down enough that working in the garage is an unpleasant thought.

That being said, the weather gives me a great excuse for procrastinating. And I seem to be doing it quite well. I'll be sorry when it's time to actually get some work around the house done!

Last night we went to visit my parents so I could drop off a power supply for my dad's computer and we got to visit with little Michaela for a short while. She's still an extremely happy baby, very demanding of her grandparents. My dad got her a new baby walker with lots of new modern toys on the front tray of the rocker. But Michaela wants someone to play with when she's playing with her new toys! So she can keep your attention full time.
