Well this week marks Lauren's third week in day care. Last Thursday was the first day I dropped her off at daycare and she didn't cry. It only took 6 days of day care to get to that point. The good news though, is that each day we've picked her up she's been happy and content, and the day care providers told us she stopped crying within an hour of my dropping her off.
So at this point she's learned to enjoy day care and her providers all really seem to love her. And from my biased point of view, why wouldn't they? She's happy almost all the time, and beautiful, and loves to laugh and play.
The past couple of days has been a little more difficult on me and Lars though. Lauren's getting 4 new upper teeth, and the teething pain seems to causing her a problem for sleeping. Hopefully she'll get over this soon and let us and her get some rest soon!
