It just seems lately everyone's recently had a baby or is about to have a baby. My cousin Ling and his wife Teresa are about to have their second in December. (Congratulations Ling, Teresa, and Charlotte!) A former coworker of mine and his fiancee are also having a baby in December.
When Lauren was born last year, two other co-workers in my office were having babies, with due dates the same week as Lauren's.
And of course, around our house it seems everyone's got a toddler or infant on our block. Christian lives next door, Tiger lives across the street, and across the street from our former house on the next block, there's Melania. And all our neighbors tell us there's lots more all over the block.
We also recently saw on TV a special that said "three" is the new "two". That many families are deciding to have 3 kids instead of 2.
Well, Lauren, you're part of a baby-boom.
