Gallstones, gall bladder and surgery

Marie's husband Michael took himself to the emergency room on Thursday because of pain in his abdominal area caused by gallstones. The pain was so bad they had him stay in the hospital overnight and scheduled surgery to have his gall bladder removed today. Last I heard he's doing well, just groggy from getting out of surgery.
