Lauren got to do what she loves best this weekend, and that's spending time with family, this weekend specifically with Michaela and Mariah. Although this weekend was mostly with Mariah.
The weekend started on Saturday with Marie and Michael coming over with the girls so we could go watch the movie "Ramona and Beezus" at the theater. The girls really enjoyed the movie, and afterwards we went to Rubios for dinner. After getting home, Mariah and Lauren insisted on a sleepover, and in the end, Mariah and Marie slept over at our house. But Mariah and Lauren talked well into the night, so that Lauren didn't fall asleep until it was quite late.
On Sunday, Michael came back over with Michaela, and we moved our large projection TV into the minivan to bring over to Marie's house. When we got there, Lauren spent the afternoon playing with the girls at Marie and Michael's house, while Lars and I went shopping. When we got back the whole family headed out to Carrow's for dinner. The girls were rather fussy at dinner as all of them were quite tired from two days of play. Lauren fell asleep on the drive home immediately and stayed asleep until this morning.
As for why we took our TV over to Marie and Michael's? I got an early birthday present, which was a new flat panel TV, that got delivered on Sunday.
