We actually took time out for a break this weekend and went out to Oakridge Mall, which has been the subject of a major remodel these last couple of years. Ownership was taken over by Westfield, the same group that remodeled Valley Fair. They've completed up marketed and made the Oakridge Mail very up scale. In addition to adding high end stores and space, a Century theater was added. We did some light shopping and then went to see "The Bourne Supremacy" at the theater.
Afterwards we went to visit my mom who was just getting a break, since Marie and Michael took Michaela home, since she has a doctor's appointment today.
My dad, stayed in his room resting during the entire visit. His CEA number jumped to 700 double from the 300+ number he had on his last blood draw. My mom says his reaction to the chemo hasn't been very good. He's eaten very little since chemo on Thursday. He's got another chemo session this Wednesday and blood draw tomorrow, so we'll know more later this week.
