Lauren turned four weeks old yesterday and had her 1 month pediatrician appointment. Everything looks good. She still has a minor case of baby acne, and some dry skin causing flaking. She weighed in at 9lbs 4.4oz and 22.25 inches. She's at the 50th percentile for her weight, that means she's exactly average for weight. She's at 95th percentile for height, that means she's really tall for her size. But as the doctor says it's too early to predict that she will be tall when she's older, as babies continue to change as they progress through the first year.
Lauren's next pediatrician appointment is at two months, and that's the one where she gets her first round of immunization shots.
My mom had her MRI yesterday as well. No news yet on the result, and she'll have her bone scan on Friday.
We'll get our new house early. The previous owners are going to give us keys this Friday. We'll have to have some work done on the house before we can start moving in, which should take a couple of weeks.
Our house is still for sale. There was more interest with lowering the price, but no offers yet.
